Just noticed you are into forced workouts. Do a hard, intense, crossfit workout. The kind where you feel like jell-o when you are done. Then, as soon as you are in a place where you can (back in your house or wherever you feel ok doing so) EDGES, BALLS, and DILDO (ORAL)
