I don't think so. Maybe for a short time I pulled my shoes and socks off. But not for the entire time.

I don't know, honestly. But I enjoyed going for a walk barefoot with my dog, around 30 to 60 minutes, on Asphalt, Gravel, Grass and all these pricking things. I enjoyed it especially when it was rainy and muddy. I also have been barefoot in the snow. But not often and not for long.
