Now first lets take the minutes:
00-02 = minutes (5% chance)
03-14 = hours (20% chance)
15-50 = days (60% chance)
51-56 = weeks (10% chance)
57-59 = months (5% chance)
I've set the odds so that there is little chance to get minutes which would make this really easy. You also have very little chance to get weeks or months. Most likely you'll find yourself in the hours or days range, but hopefully someone gets lucky and gets months.
Now the hour from the time you took note of. I bet you thought it would simply be 1pm = 1 in duration. Oh no, I'm mixing things up here:
12am = 17
1am = 11
2am = 23
3am = 3
4am = 13
5am = 8
6am = 18
7am = 6
8am = 14
9am = 1
10am = 4
11am = 22
12pm = 2
1pm = 15
2pm = 9
3pm = 19
4pm = 12
5pm = 20

7pm = 24

Totally mixed up. There are 24 hours in a day and each one is will give you a different duration ranging from 1-24.
So now you take the two results and put them together. For example 7:59pm = 24 months
. You only wish you were lucky enough to get that one don't you?
Another example: 2:38pm = 9 days. You poor thing, you got such a short amount of time.
