I've done quite a few 10s with orgasm sessions so for you it will not be sessions but multiple orgasms each time.
Level 10 for the next month gives you 8 orgasms per week, each week you must complete all 8 if you miss one any week the punishment is you have to piss yourself in a semi-public place and then go home to change.
Your orgasm days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and your orgasm times are 6:00-7:00 am or 3:00-4:00pm on those days. You must have a minimum of 2 orgasms on each of these days, if you fail to have 2 then the next orgasm day you must make up the missed one but all the orgasms must be in your socks which you leave on for 48 hours (except when in the shower/bath or swimming).
