Level 10 for 1 week means 7 orgasms for you and 1 orgasm session. Your 7 orgasms must be on either Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday either between 10:00am-midday or 3:00-5:00pm but you cannot cum alone. Each orgasm must be done when someone else is either in the room or you are somewhere public and doing it discretely into your underwear.
Your orgasm session will be a Saturday and you will be somewhere semi-public so go into town or similar. For this session you must cum in either your underwear, your right sock or your left sock and rotate between them. Roll a die and it is worth 1 point for every number except a 6.
