Insert your inflatable plug. Enter into a hanging wedgie. Play a game with a friend where they guess a number between 0 and the max number you can inflate your plug. You inflate the plug some number of pumps. Then they guess. If they guess correctly may exit the wedgie, if they guess incorrectly you deflate the plug and play again.
