Well, I would wear them if asked to, but surely not out of fashion as so many have already said they look terrible.
But yes, if with a dom and told to wear them I would. And as someone pointed out, cuffs would be a good idea. Normally, I say cuffs behind your back, but in this case, probably in front, or maybe to the back of a collar. Definitely don't want a boy's hands getting in the way of the doms use of the zipper.
