Ok, so try and first drink an energy drink. Simple, then go on a walk in a public place. Look out for people using phones, keep a tally of how many in your head. Then go home, drink that many glasses of tea. Do the same thing, but instead drink water. Then jog your way to a public bathroom about 20 minutes away.
