You will do Halloween dress a rocky from the rocky horror picture show.
You will only wear a (preferably golden, yellow or orange is fine. Otherwise, make it yellow) underwear for the whole day. You will apply some oil to the rest of your body. You can only speak in grunt and you must exercise at some point. Also you'll sleep handcuffed to your bed.
