First, no one agrees with your point of view. So that's exciting.
Second, your points have been systematically debunked. So, if there's nothing wrong with the mod team, there's no reason to change anything, right?
Finally, as has already been pointed out, if you want to make the community better, play an active role! Apply for the moderation team (though making topics such as this "just shows how much" you likely wouldn't be suited for the responsibility the position entails. However, just because you screwed up your own chances at "powers" doesn't mean you can't continue to be a helper! When you see the advertisements which infuriate you so much that you somehow get the idea in your head to defame the people who volunteer their time to create and assist with a site you use, just report them! I can assure you, reports are taken care of in a timely manner.
