Please can someone give me a Short Duration, Medium difficulty please. I would do any additional conditions on the type of drinks too.

If you want a bathroom use control schedule for whatever reason someone would be willing to give you one
Short: 3 days
Medium: 7 days
Long: 10 days+
Light: Number of uses plus amount to drink per day
Medium: Times to go plus amount to drink in between times
Hard: Precise times to go and precise amounts to drink at set times.
Punishment: Precise times to go, precise times and amounts to drink, toilet privileges removed (e.g. use the shower or a bowl or go outside, etc)
