Ok so for this you will need: a towel, icecubes, some rope, something of your choosing to put in you ass, some tape, and 2 stretchy cords with hooks.

Step 1: put the towel on the floor and put your item in your ass.

Step2:lay down with your back on the towel,tie one end of a rope to both feet and put your legs in a spread eagle position, and then tie the other end of the rope to an anchor.

Step3:tie a rope around your wrists a round bracelet type rope on each hand. Then get the ice and tape, put 3 ice cubes around each nipple and then tape over top to hold the ice there.

Step4: hook the stretchy cords around an anchor point, then hook the other end to the rope around your wrists.

You should then be spread eagle, and cannot get out till the ice melts. Have fun!
