Never allow anything between your butt and the seat of your car. When you get in, put down your pants/panties and pull your skirt up, so you sit directly on the fabric. Don't drive and touch, but if you stand still for a traffic light and no-one is around, touch yourself vigorously. You are to get as aroused as possible... until the lights turns green. When others/other cars are around, you keep one hand on the wheel and absentmindedly touch yourself a bit without being to obvious.
