I'm a little surprised there has been no action on this dare. But I tried it today.
Started out rolling 3, so I had to do 7 sets to get 70 points. OK
Roll 5 = 40 squats. Should be OK ---- but I forgot to warm up and my legs were stiff. By the last 10 I was slow and hurting! This was not happy news. As long as I don't roll more squats soon....
Roll 6 = 60 squats. Aaahhh! Start slow and steady. But with the 30 second rest now my legs are warmed up and I can do them, mechanically pump them out one by one. Whew!
Roll 1 = 10 pushups. OK This I can do, even if still a bit out of breath.
Roll 4 = 20 jumping jacks. OK, this I can do, but more out of breath and no spring in my legs.
Roll 1 = 10 pushups. OK This I can do.
Roll 5 = 40 squats!! Not OK! Slowly steadily, keep going and squeeze out the last one - legs done for.
Roll 4 = 20 jumping jacks. OK, this I can do, but huffing and puffing. Jack not jumping very high.
That's 70 points and all in all not a bad little workout - not too easy, but possible.
