I realize this has all been closed now so this was more of a challenge for myself. I've been lurking this thread with interest although not had the time to attempt until just now...
My previous best was 1 hour. This time I aimed for the full three hours. I listened to white noise and blindfolded myself and somehow made it. To get through it roughly a third of the time I was just counting, the other third reciting songs in my head and the other third just trying to think of nothing. Proud of myself for getting through it - thanks for the challenge.
