The following game is a quick way for some cbt where a randomizer decides the punishment. It can be changed up a little bit to play alone, but I like when somebody watches, so the viewer or whomever you play with starts with picking 2 numbers. So here it is:

The first number decides, how often I press random on my iPhone-App. The number shown decides my fate. The following tasks are possible:

0,1,3,5,7,9 lucky me, nothing happens
2: you can let me cum
4: slaps on cock with spoon
6: slaps on tip of cock with spoon
8: slaps on balls or cock
10: wax on cock
12: wax on balls
13: add two pegs to nipples
14: remove two pegs from nipples
15: Tabasco hot sauce on cock or tip or balls

11: Lucky you! You can pick any number (0-15) or let me cum.

The second number a user picked, decides again how many times I press random on the app. The number shown decides the number of slaps, seconds of wax dropping or where Tabasco is put (0-8: cock, 9 or 10: tip, 12-15: balls, 11: your choice).
If 0 is shown on the app for slaps or wax, I press two more times and both numbers are added together.

Special: If it is "lucky me" 3 times in a row, the number changes to 11: You pick, lucky you!

Super Special:
If the first random number and the second random number are 11, you can pick 3 tasks (0-15) and for each task I press 3 times on random and the user can pick one of the shown numbers.

So what do you think, any suggestions?
