well I have received no objection so far and even a little encouragement so I am going to go ahead and pick up with this story. If the original author objects at any point I will stop. I am almost finished with my draft for the entire story and I will try to clean up the first chapter I wrote and post it in the next day or so. I have enjoyed writing it. It is an interesting task taking someone else's character's and making them my own.
Anyways look forward to a chapter in the next day or two and again if a MOD or the OP have an issue with this I will stop.
