Lay somewhere hidden outside, in the nude. Lay 3 ice cubes on your lower belly / waist, and time how long you can lay still with them there. However long you can last is how long you have to quickly masturbate onto your stomach, but if you can't do it fast enough, you fail the dare and have to take another punishment.
If you manage to keep still with the ice until it melts, you don't have to send proof, but otherwise you have to send proof.
