Keep a diary in a book or on the computer. Don't leave any details out of it, like what you thought about doing ..., how your day went, what you did, etc.
At the end of this week, you can disclose it in the Truth and Dare Stories-section. You don't have to copy-paste it all, you can add a attachment to the thread.
