(C and A mixed together) Hold the enema in as long as you physically can, then start on a walk to somewhere private. Release your enema on the floor when you get there. Go home after. If you dont make it to your planned location before you release, finish the walk then go home.

A - Cooking oil
B - Milk
C - Cold water and ice cubes
