I would like to give you a general rule that's valid as long as this thread stays open, if you're willling to accept it.

I guess being on denial will make you very horny and you will be tempted to touch yourself (I'm on denial and my hands struggle to keep away from my dick).

Every time you touch yourself to give you pleasure (unless it's dictated by a dare), even if you do that without thinking, you have to snap a rubber band on your clit 10 times.
Take notes of how many times it happened on a piece of paper (I know it's humiliating and that's the point).

At the end of a day, before going to sleep, if it happened more than 5 times that day you must give yourself 10 more snaps on your BARE clit (hood removed). I know you only have two hands but I'm sure you can figure out a way. Or be good and don't touch.
