Generally to build up courage I see two approaches. Help of someone else, or getting yourself horny to the point where your brain turns off.
So some ideas for tasks:

- Find a trustworthy partner and send them a pic with face in it (so you cannot chicken out). Then find a challenge or task to do. Like let's say every day, you will roll a random number between 1 and 20. If it lands on a 1, that pic gets exposed. If it lands on anything else, you will roll a random number between 1 and 19 (and continue down). That way, the odds increase steadily.
