Vicks Vapo Rub (mentholatum) you can use icy hot as a substitute
mint toothpaste
quite a few ice cubes
2 clothespins
a dildo shaped object
a dice
Go into a cool room with a fan, turn the fan on high and lie down underneath it. Get the Vicks or Icy Hot and rub an amount about the size of your pinkie nail on each of your nipples, make sure you rub it in good. Now get about the same amount and rub it on your clit. Roll a dice and insert that many ice cubes in your ass. Now liberally coat your dildo in toothpaste and insert it in your ass, leave it alone for now and just let the toothpaste and ice mix together.
