Map out a 1 mile route, a loop is best. Go to the start fully clothed carrying a watch or phone with a timer. I am going to guess you can do a mile in 7 minutes. Take off your top, start the timer and run. So every 2 minutes stop and take off an article of clothing; shorts, bra, panties, and drop it on the ground (or a car or bush if by one) wherever you are Then keep running. On the 2nd lap, if you get back to your shirt before you have to take off your panties you may put your clothes back on as you complete the lap, otherwise collect them and put them all on when you finish the 2nd lap.
