I am more than happy with the current staff here at gD, for the most part I have never had issue and as such see no reason to replace, reshape or in any other way modify the staff here they are doing the best job they can (and a better one than I feel I would manage)

On the subject of the rules of the site, they may be a little dated but they cover most of the important aspects and anyone with the intelligence to navigate a computerised device to this web site should also contain the common sense to realise what would be acceptable and what would not, so while I agree the rules are outdated a little I do not see that as any sort of failing point of the staff.

P.s. You can't really have thought this thread through right? Not to come across as rude or anything I am truly curious because this tread to me comes across as a blow bellow the belt to all gD staff (I am in no way saying that is what it is just that it comes across that way)
