buy a 12 pack (or similar amount) of glycerin suppositories, melt them and pour into the finger of a glove to make a MEGA suppository. insert this mid day, work for around a half hour doing various tasks. then you should take a NAP. remain in bed for at least two hours. you may clean up two hours after messing, but if you mess before your in Bed PM me for punishment.
