simple one to start with. Ice your clit down with an ice-cube until it has fully melted, then give your clit nice slow circles with your finger for a minute to get the blood flowing. Once it's awake get some string and tie a noose around the base of your clit. You are then to pull back your clit hood and give it 100 flicks with a finger.
