When you want to pee, you must do the following entire process within the time frame allowed. If you go and do not complete this ENTIRE process within the time, then you have failed. This is why the times are longer. Note that you can't start this process until time begins. First, you must lube up your ass. Before you are allowed to start pissing, you must be fisting your ass. You may pee for no more than 20 seconds with your fist in your ass. You then may take your fist out of your ass. Drink a liter of water. Your timer then stops.

If you fail at any point, you must drink all of your piss for the rest of the day AND the next day.

Whoever dares me, note that involving piss/poo in the dare other than the bladder control itself is against my limits.
