Fitness Goal: Drink more water actually. I know I don't drink enough. And I drink way too much soda. Hoping replacing that with a water habit by the end of the month.
My aim is to lose weight through this (been doing as I had a lot to lose, now not as much but, still need to lose.) I do lapse and hoping this helps with that.
Since home life with spanks; I'll use a nunchuck as a implement. 10 pinches to the area beforehand. Will help since I can't be loud.
