1. Go to a forest in shorts and shirt, no underwear
2. Make sure you're wearing shoes and socks too. A tree that is lying down (dead). If impossible, edge and find a standing tree that could potebtially be climbed up into.
3. Remove your shirt and shorts. Bend over the tree and spank yourself, while exclaiming "Boomer made me do this"
