Start with something simple: have him stand up straight with the heels on and tie his hands behind his back. Then create a zipper of clothes pins (google it if you don't know what I'm talking about) and tie the string at the end of the zipper above his head. Then leave him standing there for at least an hour while his feet start to hurt more and more.
If you want to make this more fun either repeatedly edge him or spank his ass while he's force to keep standing still.
