I have an update of the above post. I had lounge wear and a top on. The pants did not hide my exited cock but it soon went down.
A little history, I've been wearing diapers full time since November first, March 1st I was allowed to take them off.. Since then I have had to keep an eye on matters so that I don't wet my pants.
Getting back to Walmart I decided to ignore the fact that I was commando and at some point I saw a lady looking towards my legs. At that point I noticed a warm feeling between my legs. I said to her "oops, I guess I still need diapers", then went over and bought some.
Tonight I don't trust myself, I'm going to bed in diapers, plastic pants and my baby onesie.

I still have 13 hours, that will continue when I wake up, then I'll be back in diapers full time.
