I agree with the other two guys. All you are is demanding more and more from others and now demand them to put more effort into your ad.
Like the other two guys said, include some detail about yourself as well. You lack information about your self.
The reason you are getting such terrible responses is because you supplied a terrible ad with only demands. Provide more detail about your self and maybe you will get improvements.
