For 2 days (preferably weekend) No accessing the internet, mobile phone, emails, chats, messengers, ... or anything that can connect you to strangers or friends or anything.
You can remain in touch with people in real ... talk to them and interact. Mobile will be switched off.
Emergency calls permitted ... Or if you wish you can choose to remain with a chaperone (friend or some room mate if you think you may have some important calls ... You can communicate to your family and important people to call your friend in case of something important etc
