Since you live alone and are long distance add a PM Dare for bodywriting.
Using an ink pen you will write up to three words a day on your body where they won't normally show. A little more risk would be one word where it could be seen if someone was looking carefully at you.
You will not wash the words off unless you are doing to the doctor or someplace similar.
