You should have a vibe inside while typing your write ups, turning it on when you start typing, and off only when finished. See if it will take foreverer.
Oh, and no, no keeping your write ups short, that'd be too easy! Of course if you can't take it anymore, you may pause, you shouldn't ruin the denial game. Just be sure you stop typing too when you do.
