Hey, everyone! Just a heads-up, this story is in what I would consider its final phase. I usually write stories a bit shorter than this, so I figured a notice a little bit in advance would be appreciated. Don't worry-- you've still got more than one chapter left! But it's much closer to the end than the beginning at this point. I didn't want to write something that would just peter out and fizzle to nothing-- leave them wanting more, as the saying goes!
Before these last several chapters, I'd just like to thank everyone who's read, commented, and shown enthusiasm for this story so far. I think you'll like how it ends, too.
(P.S. ...and if there's enough interest, I might do a somewhat shorter story about Sam's submission...)
