You asked for a 10, so you're gonna get just that!
Apart from your belt and hairbrush, go find a ruler, a slipper and a bath brush or something similar.

Warm up:
Standing in front of a mirror watching yourself, start by giving yourself 50 spanks with the hairbrush over your skirt, alternating cheeks. Start slow but increase speed as you go.
Lift your skirt, take the ruler and give yourself another 50 in the same way on your panties.
Now turn around, butt to the mirror, bend over, look back at yourself and lower your panties. Your ass should be a little pink already. Using the slipper, give yourself 100 spanks, first not to hard, 25 left, 25 right, then harder another 25 on each cheek.
