It's a reasonable fear, but even if someone you know sees them, you aren't likely to ever know about it, it's just as awkward for them to have that conversation as why they were on porn sites to begin with :-). I actually saw a girl I know from college on temporarily exposed, totally not someone I would expect, and I do wonder if she posted it herself or if was her ex, but, I decided against contacting her for obvious reasons....
