1. Loser will sit on the toilet fully clothed with the taps running for ten minutes in every hour of the dare
2. Every hour they must drink a medium sized glass of fluid
3. While sitting on the toilet for the 10 minutes, they must press on their bladder every 30 seconds
4. If they make it to the end of the dare, they have to let a little bit of it out into their underwear before finally going.
