Where did you see them streaking? Around a rugby/soccer field.

Did you know them? No.

If so, how? N/A

Why were they streaking (if known)? It was a rugby tournament and apparently (I don't play) it's a tradition in rugby that one or more members of the losing team streaks doing a lap around the field.

Where were their clothes? On the sideline of the field.

Did they cover themselves? Yes.

If it was a guy, was he hard? He had his hands covering, so not sure, but don't think so.

Did they keep shoes/socks on? Yes, both shoes and socks.

Was it day or night? Day.

Were they seen? Yes, by other players and game spectators. Technically, the answer to this question should always be yes if the answer to the first question is yes, lol!
