Here's something that sounds less complicated but, I think, gets to your point.

Each player starts with 100 coins and 4 articles of clothing (shirt, shorts, socks and underbritches (for women this means bra and panties).

If you run out of coins you may remove clothing to gain extra coins, shirt = 20 coins, shorts = 25 coins, socks = 10 coins, underbritches = 50 coins.

You may also take a dare. Declare your level of difficulty. An easy dare is worth 20 coins, a medium dare is worth 40 coins and a hard dare is worth 60 coins. (The others should try to take your limits into account.) You may do this up to five times, but only not more than one between hands.

Whence all your coins are gone and you are out of clothes and dares, you are eliminated. You must be handcuffed (behind your back), spread eagle and blindfolded (so everyone can see you but you can't see them).

To make this game last a while, stick with limit and high-low split games.

Omaha hi-lo:

4 cards face down, structure is just like Texas Hold'em.

At the end of the hand, you select EXACTLY 2 cards from your hand and 3 from the 5 community cards for your high hand, and 2 and 3 for your low hand. You must have five non-matching cards less than eight to qualify for a low hand. A straight or flush does not count against the low, so Ace-2-3-4-5 is the best possible low.

The player with the best high hand gets 1/2 the pot, the player with the best low hand gets 1/2 the pot, and if there is no one with a qualifying low hand, the player winning the high gains the whole pot.

Limits: (10/20 is my example)

For Hold'em and Omaha: 5 coins for the small blind, 10 for the big blind. Raises are 10 coins pre-flop and post-flop, 20 coins after the turn and river.

Have fun.

When I reply it doesn't mean I don't like your idea (unless I say so). My tweaks are only suggestions and if you feel your way is better, well then fine by me.

BTW if you can only come up with 12 ideas for a die dare, you can also flip a coin...if you get a tails, take the result of the die, if it's heads, add 6 to the result.
