I did see photos on Flickr of a man who chopped his own balls off. There were three photos. One shows his sack tied tightly in two places - tight enough to stop the blood flowing. The second shows a cut between the two ties, with his balls and most of his sack completely separated from his body. The third is a wider shot. The balls and sack are severed but he still has an erection. I thought this was a rather extreme way to get turned on. It can only be done once. I wonder how he explained it to A&E when he went to get his wound sewn up. I doubt they would reattach his balls
