You will be shown your category, it will be the same for both of you and you will be show 4 dares on the screen. You have 30 seconds to choose your punishment without talking to your team or seeing what your opponent chose."

"You will then join me back stage where I will take you to your task area. You will earn your points when you complete the dare, when your points will be revealed. You will have all picked your dares before the first one is revealed." Gemma said. "The team who at the end has the highest score wins our top prize of £4000."

Even if they had questions, there was no time, as the screen behind the hosts started to loop their names, and the first two had been chosen. James and Toni. Both players made their way to the podium.
