Okay, here's the dealio. Every week, you must wear leggings underneath your clothes for at least one full day. You must use the same pair of leggings each week, however, and you cannot wash them unless you wear them for an extra day the week before.
e.g. You must wear the leggings twice in a week to wash them for the next week.
