For 15 minutes each day dress up in a pair of panties (preferably a thong) and a bra and put in your buttplug. Now put on some girly music, walk to the nearest mirror and practice dancing like a slut. I know crossdressing is one of your dislikes, but anybody that locks his clitty up deserves this kind of humiliation imo. Who knows, maybe you get to like it after a while
