Slivers Of Pain
After a number has been rolled once use the bolded number the second time. The game ends after every number has been rolled twice. This game uses the soap sliver punishment. More info about this on the punishment page.
1 - drink one cup of water
2 - one sliver of soap (if one is already in there, add second)

After a number has been rolled once use the bolded number the second time. The game ends after 3 turns.
1 - Put 3 cubes of ice down pants. Wait X minutes before resuming game. (Roll for X)
2 - Put small ice cube in anus. Wait X minutes before resuming game. (Roll for X)
3 - Insert cube in anus. Remove, clean with hands and put in mouth for 20 seconds.
4 - Rub 1 cube all over your body, eat after the rub.
5 - Clean genitals with one cube for 30 seconds. Then eat.
6 - Roll again!

Clothing Dice Game
After a number has been rolled once use the bolded number the second time. The game ends if game says so.
1 - remove shirt
2 - remove pants
3 - remove undergarments
4 - put back on item of choice
5 - remove socks & shoes
6 - roll again (game ends the third time 6 is rolled)
This one may get embarasing. If they roll a 3, then they need to take off all there clothes and then put everything on except undergarments.
