Choose what I eat and drink tomorrow on a 1 hr car ride. I will buy the stuff at the grocery store on the way.
rules:
regarding drinks: NO soda, energy drinks (sports drinks like gatorade are ok), or alcohol.
Regarding food: it must be something that I can eat as it is displayed in the store . no preparations or anything. It is a relatively large store so they do have a wide selection. I encourage you to be specific.
I must eat/ drink all of the assigned items or i should be punished, but it should not be an unreasonably large amount .
(and i should admit, i havent been eating my fruits and vegetables lately, like a bad boy )
And that is it! my diet is yours for that drive.
