Every time when taking a shower this weekend (or bath if you must).
1You must keep at least two fingers in your ass for the entire duration of the shower.
2 Therefore you can only use your other hand to wash with.
3 You may change hands but you must insert the fingers of the other hand fully before removing the first.
4 Next time you shower you must increase the number of fingers
5 By Sunday, 5 fingers as deep as the second knuckle
