I did think about getting a mouse trap but i'm all or nothing so i went for the bigger trap i'm very sadistic
. But if mouse traps arnt as painful i will buy one and do it again i might be able to do it more often

They don't have to be dumbells i just happen to have them you can use any 2 weights eg. paint tins with a handle, anything really just make sure you can securely tie the rope to them so they don't fall off as long as the are roughly the same weight so it pulls on the humbler equally on both sides. As for the rope i have one going off the left side and one going off the right side of my feet but you can choose which you feel is easiest for you
